ABOUT US

Our history dates back to 1975, when mattresses began to be produced in Breclav under the original brand name GUMOTEX, and subsequently under GUMOTEX MATRACE. In 2014, we continued our long tradition of mattress production with a new brand – MORAVIA COMFORT^®. From the very beginning, we approached the production of mattresses with the idea of “a wholesome and comfortable sleep each day”.  We continue to follow this idea. Over the years we have improved, developed and tested the production to the maximum extent possible, taking into account the wishes of our customers.

Our offer is regularly updated with new products that respect new trends and requirements. Our range includes traditional mattresses made of KOMFORTAN^® polyurethane foam, VISCOR^® foam (lazy foam), but also pocket-sprung mattresses and high-quality latex mattresses.

As a Czech mattress manufacturer with a long tradition, we take a holistic view of sleep and bring new technologies, antibacterial treatments and orthopaedic shapes into production. Every single mattress developed at MORAVIA COMFORT^® was born from the needs of you, our customers, yet before it reached you it not only underwent development respecting the requirements for healthy sleep and the latest technology, but also honest testing and certification.

We also consistently consider the environmental impact of our production. That’s why we aim to incorporate materials that respect the circular economy into our mattresses, such as recycled plastics (recycled fibres) or recycled ECOREPUR^® foam.

Our mattresses are supplied across Europe and are used in healthcare facilities, hotels, guest houses, spas and, above all, in your homes. MORAVIA COMFORT^® continues to actively build its position as a major global manufacturer in its field.
